Dim sum is a staple of Chinese cuisine, particularly Cantonese cuisine. Dim sum can be found almost anywhere in Malaysia, from street carts and kopitiams to hotel restaurants and grand banquet halls. Chef Ong, who has spent over 20 years perfecting the art of dim sum making, will teach you how to make these delectable savoury treats.
This two-hours experience is priced at MYR 400 per person and takes place at 4-5pm on weekdays at Lai Po Heen restaurant. Minimum 2 people and maximum 6 people per booking. Booking is required at least 48 hours in advance and availability is limited.
